Hello, we are Johann and
Anna, a French-Italian couple
happily married in 2004 to Murten in Switzerland. Our personal chef service was born in 2007 in
Bellagio. Today, we live in the
mountains in Valtellina Valley at
north Lake Como to disconnect from the
summer frenzy of the lake. This allows us to relax
and meditate, taking advantage of the nature
that surrounds us, and take care of our cats
and turtles.
Our personal chef service
takes care of it of an international
guests and VIP on vacation on Lake Como.
I am a professional and
referenced chef. I worked in the most
prestigious villas on the lake as personal
chef and private chef.
I love to cook local and
seasonal vegetables, organic and km 0
products: SENTIEROMORBEGNO.IT Small production of meats from local farm, fish
from lake Como, Atlantic Ocean and the
Mediterranean Sea. Local dairy products and
cheeses: LAFIORIDA.COM Artisan cured meats from
my butcher: BARAIOLO.COM I personally know the
cows they produce all the dairy products that we
use in our recipes. Careful selection of
extra virgin olive oil from Tuscany and lake Como
The wines we offer in
first are local, in Valtellina, at north
lake Como very good wines are
produced. Valtellina wines are composed of 80% of
Nebbiolo cιpage, the same of Piedmont wines as
Barolo and Barbaresco. Our local product and
wine supplier since 2006:
