Born in the
Châteaux de la Loire region of France, I developed an
interest in cooking first as a teenager, and
later pursued this passion by becoming
executive chef of five restaurants in Lyon,
France, at the age of 26. • In 1998, I had
my first experience with Italian
cuisine when I was entrusted with
the management of a new
Italian restaurant in Lyon, which was very
successful right from the start, earning me the
nick-name the “The chef of celebrities”. • After my
experience in France, I moved to
Switzerland, where I met my wife Anna,
my partner in the kitchen. • In 2007, we embarked
together on a home-chef
business, starting at
the picturesque Lake Como. Even today,
after more than 17 years, this is still
our profession, thanks to our passion, willpower and
commitment. • Our Personal Chef
Service has gained notoriety through
numerous collaborations and requests from all over
the world, especially from Lake Como
tourists. • We are proud
to have worked and continue
to work in prestigious historic Villas
such as Villa La Cassinella, Villa La
Gaeta, Villa La Rondine, Villa Passalacqua, Villa Leoni,
Villa Meridiana, Villa Capuana, Villa Angela
